POC Wine - Alentejo.
Grape varieties: Syrah, Touriga Nacional.
Vinification: Manual harvest. Total destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Aging: 15 months in new French oak barrels.
Expected longevity: 8 to 10 years.
Tasting notes: Garnet color. Intense and complex aroma. Notes of ripe black fruit. Palate with good structure, ripe and smooth tannins, long persistence.Citrine color.
Winemaker: Rui Reguinga
Ideal to accompany meat or certain cod dishes, it is suggested to be served at 18ºC in winter and a little less in summer.
