A white wine without addition of sulfites. Beautiful elegance and lightness in its dried flowers and nuts flavor.

Four centennial vineyard field blend. 
 
Vinification
Year total rainfall at Cabeças do Reguengo - 690 litres/m2.
Hand-picked harvest in August. Grapes crushed, pressed, and must decanted with chestnut flowers addition.
Natural fermentation without any sulphur and ageing for 9 months in tow very old oak barrels (225 litres) and 1 000 litres fudre. Bottled in April 2020. No malolactic.
