Green Tea
The Hysson green tea is produced from the top three leaves of the tea plant (Camellia Sinensis) that are harvested in July and August when the sun is stronger. The result is a brownish green tea with a delicate aroma and an intense flavour. Ideal to be enjoyed at all times of the day, the Hysson green tea is very rich in tannins and antioxidants hence be known for its various health benefits.
Place the water (preferably always filtered water) to warm before it starts to appear the first air bubbles in the water without boiling it. Turn off then. Add the tea and cover it with a lid for 5 minutes. Let the infusion rest during that time. After this period of time strain the tea and drink it.
The tea should be kept away from light and in a dry and cool place. This ensures the preservation of its beneficial substances.
