Pumpkin
Jam
An artisanal production, in small batches, using pumpkin grown in the Alentejo sun, has resulted in an improved and very refined jam with an intense flavor and a perfect texture.
The pumpkin was brought by the discoverers from Brazil, who found it there in the spontaneous form, "jerimum". It grows quickly and is very easy to preserve, thanks to its thick skin, pumpkins could always be seen on the eaves of houses or in places still more inhospitable.
