Tangerine & Pine Nut
Liqueur 70 cl
An unexpected encounter between tangerine, citrus fruit from the East, and pinion, a seed from a tree introduced in the Mediterranean that became a great ally of the Portuguese navigators at the time of the Discoveries for their capacity of conservation and energetic value. The result? An exotic and fragrant liqueur in which the fresh and sour notes of tangerine contrast with the hot taste of pinion at different times. You should try it cold or with an ice cube. Cheers!
Very fresh, in a tall glass with ice or a 3-6 cl glass of liqueur, is also an ingredient to explore in the preparation of cocktails. Also experiment with sparkling water and fresh mint leaves.
