Vinification: In our vineyards the grapes are hand picked and transported in small boxes to our wine cellar. They are crushed and macerated in the steel vats for about 2 days. After soft pressing, the collected must is left to rest for about 48 hours. After decantation, fermentation occurs during 3 weeks, at a stable temperature of 14⁰C.
Tasting notes: Citric color. Elegant aroma with fruit and floral notes. Harmonious with a well integrated acidity presenting a silky and persistent finish.
