My name is Daniel Roldão and I am the founder of Sabores Santa Clara.
This story began in 2001, when he was planning a laying hen farm using Organic Production.
With a degree in Zootechnical Engineering, fascinated by the countryside and animals, I envisioned an idyllic place for egg production, where, beneath the apple orchard, a flock of happy and contented chickens would walk around, coexist and naturally, leave me the best and tastier eggs...
