The secret of our caramelized almonds begins at the origin: they come from the Douro Valley region, famous for its Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), which ensures the authenticity and superior quality of this fruit.

After roasting in the oven, each almond is caramelized individually with patience and dedication. Instead of regular sugar, we use malt sugar, a natural substitute that is less sweet and less caloric and the result, taken literally, is brilliant!
