This is the most original way to celebrate a chestnut roast.

Our Roasted Chestnut liqueur is crafted from a national chestnut variety, Colarinha, a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) from Marvão, known for its small size, sweet flavor, and rich taste. After being roasted to extract its smoky and subtly astringent flavor, the chestnuts are macerated in high-quality grape brandy, providing a unique sensory experience.

The colors on the outside of the box were carefully chosen to reflect the essence of the liqueur inside the bottle. Each shade was designed to convey the sensory notes and character of the liqueur, offering a visual experience that anticipates the flavor to be discovered when uncorking each bottle. And there’s even room to share a delightful story:

"Hot and tasty..." — this is how roasted chestnuts are traditionally sold on the streets of Portugal. They are the stars of Magusto, a popular festival celebrated on November 11, where, according to tradition, friends and family gather around the fire to celebrate with joy. This celebration is associated with the Legend of Saint Martin, the benevolent knight who cut his cloak in half to offer it to a beggar. At that moment, the dark clouds cleared, and the sun appeared, with the good weather lasting for three days."
