Created at a time when nothing was thrown away, this jam was made at the end of the summer to make the most of the excess tomatoes produced in the gardens, a conscious habit that excited us and that we want to preserve.

Made in small batches from ripe tomatoes grown in the Alentejo and a touch of cinnamon, this jam is a winner thanks to its balance between sweetness and slight acidity. With no added colourings or preservatives, it's ideal with toast, cheese or yoghurt.

Carefully packaged and labelled by hand, this tomato jam is an excellent choice as a gift for friends and family who appreciate quality handmade products.
