Parcel delivery procedure
Orders can be placed via the Sabores Santa Clara website, by email or by telephone.
In the event of a stock outage, we reserve the right to replace the product ordered with another of a similar brand, and will collect it at a later date if you do not accept it.
Orders are prepared in accordance with the DGS recommendations for containing COVID-19.
Before your order is delivered, you will receive an SMS informing you of the estimated time of delivery and the amount to be paid.
Home deliveries will be made at the door, with our staff not entering the house. In the case of buildings with several flats, delivery can be made to the door of the building by arrangement.
We suggest that, at the time of delivery, you have your ATM card (preferred) or cash counted according to the amount indicated in the SMS you received earlier.
On delivery, the customer must pick up and confirm the order, keeping a safety distance of one and a half metres (length of two arms).
For everyone's protection, we are reinforcing compliance with the rules of respiratory etiquette and social behaviour.
After delivery and between orders, all utensils and personal protective equipment will be disinfected or disposed of.
When you place your order, check if any of your neighbours (particularly the elderly, at-risk groups or those with greater difficulties) need any goods that you can order and thus save the possible transport fee.
