Egg Candy with sliced Orange

- Peel the oranges well, removing all white parts and cut into slices as thin as you dexterity allows. Arrange on a plate and then place a spiral of fine olive oil over the orange. Distribute the egg candies and sprinkle with cinnamon. Finally add some rosemary or spearmint leaves.
