Vineyard: Single old vineyard field plot with around 8 different varieties.
Vinification: Natural fermentation in cement vats, part of the grapes were crushed and de-stemmed. Maceration for 6 weeks. Aged 21 months in barrels and old oak barrels. Bottling in May 2019 without fining or filtering.
