A medium-bodied, juicy and salivating red wine with a distinctly gastronomic profile.

Vinification 
Manual harvest from 29 to 30 August. Natural fermentation in cement vats. Maceration for 3 weeks.
Aged for 12 months in old barrels and a cement tank. Bottling on 11 August 2023 without fining.
