Vinification
Manual harvest from 29 to 31 August. Natural fermentation in cement vats, part of the grapes were crushed and destemmed. Maceration for around 1 month.
Aged for 18 months in used oak barrels (1000 litres).
Bottling on 7 June 2023 without gluing.
