Egg Candy with Sliced Orange

- Peel the oranges well, removing all the white parts, and slice them as thinly as your dexterity allows. Arrange them on a plate and then drizzle a little thin olive oil over the oranges. Distribute the egg candies and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Finally, add the rosemary or mint leaves.

Ingredients for 4 people: 2 oranges | 4 egg candies | a drizzle of olive oil | cinnamon | mint or rosemary leaves.
