It is aged for over 90 days and is a dry cheese with a firm, grainy texture, perfect for lovers of strong, intense flavours.

And because good cheese doesn't smell good, ours comes in protected packaging.

In addition to bread and toast, try combining grapes, apples, figs or plums.

Before you enjoy this 100% dry sheep's milk cheese, open the packaging and let the cheese breathe for at least half an hour. It's likely that the cheese will have fat on the inside of the packet, some prettier, some uglier, some higher and some lower.
