Handmade Sweets Trilogy

Made with fruits seasonally harvested and local ingredients, this collection of withpotas, made from natural ingredients and 55% fruit, preserves the most traditional flavours and aromas. The recipes are simple but demanding, prepared in small batches, with attention to the flavour, texture and natural sweetness of the fruits. Once carefully packed, they are labelled by hand.
