Extra virgin olive oil made from Galega olives from the Alentejo and Cobrançosa olives from traditional olive groves. It is a superior olive oil obtained solely by mechanical processes. The Galega Olive from the Alentejo gives it a sweet flavour and the Cobrançosa Olive gives it a fresh, fruity aroma.
